Online Shopping
We have taken care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. The images you see will depend on your monitors display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.
All products displayed on this website are subject to availability. Prices of products may change time to time. We confirm availability and price at the time your order is placed. If a product is unavailable when we come to despatch your order, we will contact you by either phone or email.
Orders
We cannot accept orders from persons under the age of 18. Orders placed using a debit/credit card must be based within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not accept non-UK credit or debit cards.
Once you have completed the checkout process, we will send you an order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order acceptance. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and June Juvel will take place on the despatch to you of the product(s) ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order. Non acceptance of order may be a result order being unavailable from stock, inability to obtain authorisation for your payment or your order did not pass our verification checks.
Price and charges - We try to ensure that all product information and pricing displayed on the website is correct and up to date at the time you place an order.
Lost Packages
Even though packages are sent via secure couriers, on rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. Please get in touch with us if you think this may be the case.
Credit & Debit Card Payments
We will contact your payment card company for authorisation when you place your order. Your payment card will then be debited when we pick your order for despatch. The total amount you pay is unaffected, regardless of the payment method used.
We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order and subsequent transactions are conducted in a secure environment. If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will let you know. We will not charge you for these products and will refund any amounts already paid (if any) by way of a credit to your credit card/debit card account.
Validation Checks
All credit, debit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All information provided will be treated in accordance with current data protection laws. These measures are taken as extra protection for you, to ensure your online shopping experience with us is as safe and secure as possible.

Any offers to products that have a discount applied is subject for a limited period only. This offer applies to selected items only, while stock lasts and are subject to availability.
Sale items may not be sent in their original packaging, this is reflected in the sale price.
