Returns & Refunds

For items purchased online, refunds can be requested within 14 days of the date despatched.  This is provided the goods are returned unworn and in the original packaging. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of earrings for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our promise to refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

If you wish to return an order, please email info@junejuvel.co.uk quoting your name, order number and reasons for return. 

You can find a refund form here and print a label for your refund package.

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days upon receipt of the goods. Once we have processed your refund you will be notified by email. 

Please allow up to 7 working days for your bank to credit your account.  

Please note: When processing your refund, we may need to speak to you before we are able to complete the process. If we are unable to contact you within 14 days of receiving your item(s), we will refund it to the delivery address linked to the order.
