Delivery & Tracking

Free Mainland UK Delivery: Estimated 3-5 working days. Working days do not include weekends or public holidays. 

For special delivery instructions please leave a note at point of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for any parcels left outside the property if you are not in to receive at point of delivery. 

We will use one of the following UK major courier services, Royal Mail, Hermes, DPD or DHL, this includes tracking service for your parcel. You will receive a unique tracking number for your parcel once we have dispatched your order. Your parcel will be tracked from when it is dispatched to the point it is delivered. 

We will try our best to send orders on the same day if placed before 3pm Mon-Fri but no longer than 48 hours after the orders been placed. 

All orders on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched on Mondays.  All orders on public holidays will be dispatched the next available working day.
